2011 REGISTRATION DETAILS

Conference Payments and Receipts

Payment Methods: Payable to Universal Technology Corporation Check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Government IMPAC Card, SF182.

Receipt of payment will be disseminated electronically to the email address that is provided at the time of the registration payment. Please Note: Electronic payment receipts may take up to 10 business days and, therefore, will not be sent with your registration confirmation.

Conference Confirmation

Online registrants will receive an initial confirmation notice that their registration has been received. All registrants who have provided an appropriate email address will receive an email confirmation when registration is processed.


Conference Attire

• Attendees - Business casual for all meeting sessions and social events
• Civilian - Business casual for all meeting sessions and social events
• Military - Class B uniform as directed by organization policy
• Speakers - Business attire, or military service dress


2011 Optional Event - San Diego Padres Ballgame

Optional Event tickets may be purchased during your registration process for the 2011 Conference. This year's event is a baseball game between the San Diego Padres and the Philadelphia Phillies on Thursday Night. Click here for more details!


Cancellation Policy (Cancellations/No-Shows)

In order to qualify for a refund, Cancellation Notices must be received in writing prior to Friday, April 1, 2011, by emailing to the following address.

All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received after April 1, 2010, and attendee no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund; however, substitutions may be made at anytime without incurring a cancellation fee.


Conference Location

The Aircraft Airworthiness & Sustainment Conference will be held exclusively at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. Attendees and Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to make reservations at the Hilton Bayfront as special rates have been established for the AA&S Conference.
